How do I place an order?
Add produce to your basket, tap Checkout, fill in your delivery details, then tap Send order on WhatsApp. WhatsApp opens with your order written out. Press Send.
Is my order confirmed when I send the WhatsApp message?
Not yet. Your message is an order request. Your order is confirmed when we reply to confirm availability, your final total and the delivery time.

When do you deliver?
We deliver on set days. Please order by the cut-off time. You can choose a preferred day and time at checkout, and we confirm it on WhatsApp.

What if something is out of stock?
At checkout you choose whether we should contact you first, replace it with a similar item, or leave it out. If we leave something out, we take it off your total.
Can I change or cancel my order?
What if something isn't right with my delivery?
Do I need an account?
No. You can order as a guest. We don't ask you to create an account or a password.
How do I prepare ackee safely?
Only eat ackee that has opened naturally on the tree. Use only the cream-coloured flesh: remove and throw away the black seeds and the pink membrane, then cook it. Never eat unripe ackee or pods that were forced open.
What do you do with my information?
We use your details only to prepare and deliver your order and to contact you about it. Read our privacy notice.
