Terms of ordering

Last updated: 14 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms explain how ordering from Blessings of Produce works. Contact us on WhatsApp at 876-233-2811 or 876-448-2497. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under Jamaican consumer protection law.

2. Placing an order

When you tap "Send order on WhatsApp", the website writes out your order and opens WhatsApp. Your order is an order request until we reply to confirm it. We may not be able to accept every request, for example if we don't deliver to your area or an item is unavailable. If so, we will tell you on WhatsApp.

3. Prices

Prices are in Jamaican dollars (J$) and are shown on the website when you place your request. Fresh produce prices can change with the market. We confirm your final total on WhatsApp before delivery. If a price on the website is wrong, we will tell you before delivery and you can cancel.

Each line total is rounded to the nearest whole Jamaican dollar (50 cents rounds up).

4. Weighed items

Fresh produce can't always be cut to an exact weight. We pack as close as we can to the weight you choose and charge for the actual packed weight. If that changes your total, we tell you the final price before delivery.

5. Availability and substitutions

At checkout you choose what we should do if an item is unavailable:

If we leave something out, we take it off your total.

6. Delivery

We deliver to these areas:

Orders of or more get free delivery in the areas with a fee listed above.

The minimum order is before delivery.

We deliver on set days. Orders must be placed by the cut-off time. The day and time you choose are a preference; we confirm the delivery time on WhatsApp. Please make sure someone can receive the order. If we can't reach you when we arrive, we will contact you on WhatsApp to arrange another time.

7. Payment

We accept:

This website never asks for card details.

8. Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel your order free of charge until the order cut-off time.

9. If something isn't right

If anything in your delivery is not right, message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with a photo.

10. Photos and descriptions

Photos show typical produce. Natural produce varies in size, shape and colour.

11. Food safety

Wash fresh produce before eating. Only eat ackee that has opened naturally; remove the black seeds and pink membrane and cook the cream-coloured flesh. Scotch bonnet peppers are very hot: wash your hands after handling them.
